HANDBOOK
As part of the ECONOMY FOR LIFE project, a Basic Economy Handbook will be developed to serve as a comprehensive and accessible educational resource for young people. The handbook will be structured around five fundamental areas of economics: Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Finance, Business, and Labour and Contract Law. Each section will provide a clear and concise overview of key concepts, ensuring that young adults can grasp essential economic principles regardless of their prior knowledge or educational background.
The primary objective of this handbook is to equip young individuals with practical financial knowledge that they can apply in their everyday lives. By breaking down complex economic topics into simplified and actionable insights, the handbook will help users develop greater financial autonomy and confidence in managing personal finances, making informed economic decisions, and understanding the broader financial landscape. The content will be presented in an engaging and user-friendly format, incorporating real-life examples, case studies, and explanations that emphasize real-world applicability. Ultimately, this resource aims to bridge the financial education gap and empower young people with the tools needed to navigate the economic challenges of modern society.
