All partners involved in this project are specialised in training and education for young people, having as objectives to promote entrepreneurship among young people, to boost the employability of young people in their first contact with the labour market, to help those who suffer more disadvantaged economic situations by providing them with greater opportunities and finally, to train young people in the common values of the European Union.
Neotalentway is an educational and training consultancy that focuses on skills development, talent management, digitalisation and entrepreneurship. It is a company focused on increasing quality in all processes for maximum personal and professional development. They are also working hard in the digital area, training people in the digital competence, developing digital training resources for trainers, teachers, educational centres, training centres, consultancies, and so on.

Akademia Humanistyczno Ekonomiczna w Lodzi: The Lodz University of Humanities and Economics (AHE) is an accredited higher education institution which, in addition to traditional university programmes, also offers postgraduate studies and courses for various target groups, a total of 23 degrees. Its staff consists of about 200 employees including researchers, teachers, trainers and support staff. The University is expert in research and analysis; curriculum design, e-learning and development of platforms, tools, materials; dissemination; creativity courses, self-development, workshops, seminars; EU project management.
