TPM IN GRANADA
In June 4th, 2024, the first Transnational Project Meeting of the Economy for Life project took place in Granada, Spain. This meeting represented a key milestone for the partnership, bringing together project teams from Spain, Poland, and Greece for the first time in person.
The main objective of the meeting was to review the progress of the project, coordinate the ongoing activities, and establish a clear roadmap for the next phases. A representative from the Andalusian Youth Institute also participated, offering technical support and guidance on administrative and management issues.
In a collaborative and productive environment, partners shared the initial results, exchanged good practices, and reaffirmed their commitment to the project’s core goal: to improve economic education among young Europeans through accessible, visual, and practical learning resources.
Meeting Objectives and Development
The first Transnational Project Meeting of the ECONOMY FOR LIFE project brought together representatives from the three partner organizations to review the project’s progress, share key developments, and plan the next phases. The session began with a general review of the project and the proposal to prepare a mid-term internal report (October 2024), including a quality report, dissemination report, and financial monitoring.
Topics Discussed
Throughout the day, the following key topics were addressed:
📘 Review of the Handbook materials with suggestions to improve language accessibility, visual design, and practical examples.
📝 Presentation and validation of the Common Needs Analysis Report (Activity 1.1).
🧩 Initial planning of the Case Studies (25 total), with distribution by module among the partners.
✅ Validation of the peer evaluation template for the Handbook.
📹 Approval for creating a preliminary list of educational video content.
📢 Review of dissemination activities carried out between November 2023 and May 2024, and commitment to improve visibility across channels.
📄 New assignments: AFCS will develop evaluation questionnaires for each of the five handbook blocks; AHE will prepare case study development guidelines.
